Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014 (“Consumer Contracts Regulations”) you may cancel your order within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days (“Cancellation Period”) from the date of your initial purchase and a full refund will be granted upon request if you have not streamed or downloaded content from the Site during the Cancellation Period. Cancellations outside of the fourteen (14) calendar days (“Cancellation Period”) from the date of your initial purchase do not qualify for a refund.
