These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland. On joining, the member certifies that it has read, understands and agrees to all terms and conditions.


Member/cardholder certifies that it is the authorised user of the credit card to be charged and fully understands that MHD Productions Ltd pursues and prosecutes credit card internet fraud to the fullest extent of the law.


MHD Productions Ltd certifies that it does NOT sell, share or release any information relating to its customers to any third party. For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

4. Purchase Cost

Purchase of courses is granted under a single user licence for those using the site (“the Site”) for personal development and continued learning and is charged upon purchase. All purchases within the European Union (EU) are subjected to Value Added Tax (VAT).

5. Payment Methods

You can change your Payment Method by visiting our website and clicking on the “Account" link. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to card expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not change your Payment Method or cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have obtained a valid Payment Method. For certain Payment Methods, the issuer of your Payment Method may charge you a foreign transaction fee or other charges. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Your right to cancel under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

This section applies to you if you are a "consumer" as defined under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

You have the right to cancel your contract for the Services within fourteen days from the date of placing your initial order for a course ("Cancellation Period"), by using the contact form or writing to our customer services team whose postal address is MHD Productions, Unit 5, University of Essex, Southend Campus, The Gateway, Elmer Approach, Southend on Sea, Essex, SS1 1LW. If you cancel your contract for the Services during the Cancellation Period and have not streamed or downloaded content from the Site, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you.

If you have streamed or downloaded content from the Site during the Cancellation Period, and with respect to any paying Subscription, we may, but are not obligated to, charge you a proportionate amount of the Subscription Fee for the part of the Subscription that you have used. All reimbursements shall be made to you within fourteen days and using the same means of payment you used for the initial transactions, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

7. Sharing of Login Credentials

If MHD Productions Ltd’s security software detects sharing of login credentials, member’s account will be blocked and subject to termination without refund of any fee(s) previously charged.

8. E-Voucher Misuse

MHD Productions Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of misusing an e-voucher or discount code distributed to its members, partners and any third party organisations. This includes electronic sharing or posting vouchers or codes on unauthorised websites and forums or via email or any other means.

9. Ownership of Materials

Copyright in the content of the Site, including, without limitation, text, software, photos, graphics, videos, and all other audiovisual elements is owned by or licensed to MHD Productions Ltd. Any reproduction, distribution, re-transmission, modification, public display and public performance of such materials is prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent of current copyright infringement laws. Under no circumstances should any materials be copied or reproduced.

By purchasing an MHDPro course, you agree that the evidence that you load to the website is your own work, is valid, authentic and reliable. 

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Member agrees and understands that its use of the Site, including, without limitation, any material and/or data developed by MHD Productions Ltd or by third parties ("information providers"), is at its sole risk. The Site, and any content or materials available through the Site, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and without warranty of any kind, express, implied or statutory. MHD Productions Ltd and the information providers hereby expressly disclaim all such warranties including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular use or purpose, title, or non-infringement, or any warranty as to results that may be obtained through the use of the Site.

MHD Productions Ltd does not represent or warrant that the Site will function without interruption, that the Site is error or defect free, that any such defects or errors will be corrected, or that the Site and the server(s) that make the Site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. No advice or information, whether oral or written, that you obtain from MHD Productions Ltd or otherwise through your use of the Site shall be given with any warranty or representation from MHD Productions Ltd or the information providers.

Further, MHD Productions Ltd and the information providers do not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of any content or materials made available through the Site or from third parties will be correct, accurate, timely, reliable or otherwise.

MHD Productions Ltd will ensure that reasonable support, adjustments or access arrangements will be provided to help disclosed equality or diversity impairments where possible. Reasonable support, adjustments or access arrangements do not include changes to the website courses, its resources or the functions of the website code.

The reasonable support or access arrangements must be agreed before the purchase of the online course in question.

11. Limitations on Liability

Save as set out below, in no event shall MHD Productions Ltd, the information providers or any other person or entity involved in creating or distributing the Site be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, however arising, that result from your use or inability to use the Site, any changes to the Site or this agreement, unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmission of data, any material or data sent or received or not sent or received, or any transactions entered into through the Site.

MHD Productions Ltd is not responsible or liable for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive or illegal content or conduct of any other party or any infringement of another's rights, including intellectual property rights. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or the services, content or materials available on or through the Site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Site.

The foregoing limitations on liability shall be applicable even if MHD Productions Ltd or the information providers or any other person knew or should have known of the possibility of such damages and notwithstanding the failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. The maximum liability of MHD Productions Ltd, the information providers and the other persons referred to in this paragraph shall be limited to the repayment of the sums you have paid to MHD Productions Ltd.


Member agrees and understands that MHD Productions Ltd may change the terms and conditions of this Agreement, unilaterally, and at any time, by conspicuously posting notice of such change on the Site for a period of five (5) consecutive days. Continued use of the Site after such notice will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised terms and condition.
